Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Basmati rice- 1 cup (cooked).
- Oil - 3 to 4 tsp
- Garlic- 3 to 4 - finely chopped
- Carrot -1 , finely chopped
- Bush beans- 4 finely chopped
- Capsicum- 1/2 cup- finely chopped
- Spring onion- 1/4 cup- finely chopped
- Soy sauce- 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- salt to taste.
Cooking Method :
1.First, heat oil in a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil.Then add garlic and saute for few seconds.
2.Then add finely chopped beans and carrot and saute it for 2 min in a high flame .
3.Then add capsicum and fry for a minute.
4. Repeatedly stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well. add some salt while cooking vegetables.
5.The vegetables should be almost cooked. then add the 1 tsp of soy sauce and vinegar.Then add crushed black pepper and mixed it well.
6. Now add cooked basmati rice , then tossed and mixed it well.
7. Finally add chopped spring onions for garnishing.and serve the veg fried rice with manchurian/ Tomato sauce.
