Baby Corn Manchurian
Ingredients
- Baby corn - 10 to 12 chopped
- Maida / all-purpose flour - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
- salt - to taste
- oil - for deep frying
To Manchurian preparation :
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Ginger - 1 Inch- finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves- finely chopped
- Onion- Cube size cutting or finely chopped
- Capsicum - Cube size cutting or finely chopped
- Spring onion - 2 tsp finely chopped
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce / soya sauce- 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Pepper, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Cooking Method:
For Frying preparation :
1.First in a large mixing bowl take maida and corn flour,also add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and salt and add require water and mixed it well.
2.Then add chopped baby corn and coat well with batter.
3. Deep fry into hot oil till they turn golden brown.
For Manchurian preparation :
1.First, in a large kadai add 2 tsp of oil. Then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic. saute for a minute.
3. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and tomato sauce.Mixed it well till the sauce turns slightly thick.
4.Then add the deep fried baby corns, also add black pepper powder and give a good mix.
5.Finally, add some chopped spring onions greens and serve hot with noodles and fried rice.
