Veg Frankie Roll (or) Katti Roll

                                                         
Veg Frankie Roll




Ingredients
Aloo Masala
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Capsicum - Thinly sliced
  • Potatos - 2  boiled( peeled and mashed)
  • Garam masala  - 1 tsp
  • Red Chill powder - 1 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • salt -  to taste

Green Chutney:(To Grind)

  • Mint Leaves (Pudhina) - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Garlic - 2
  • Cumin seed - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1/2 
  • Green chilly- 1 no
  • salt -  to taste
Other ingredients:
  •  Oil (or) Butter - 2 tsp
  •  Chapathi  - 3 Nos (option-2- Making the Dough and prepare the chappathis) 
  •  Onon - 1 Thinly sliced
  •  Carrot  - 1 Thinly sliced
  •  Tomato Sauce - 3 tsp
  •  Green Chutny - 3 tsp

Cooking Method :

    1.First Boil the potato then peeled and mashed it. Heat kadai with oil and saute  the capsicum for 2 minutes . Then add the mashed potatoes , add Garam masala,Red chilly powder and chat masala one by one. and Mixed it well and fry for 2 minutes. Keep aside.


    2.Prepare the dough as we do for and Keep aside for 20 mins.  and prepare the roti  slightly thick. Toast both sides carefully . Dont toasted it  too much               (burning  stage) in tawa. prepare all roties and keep aside.   

      
      3.Chop onion and carrot  thinly sliced and gather all             the things needed for the Veg franky roll. Take one             roti, spread a tsp of  Tomato sauce first. Let it be               slightly towards the bottom of the roti.









               4.also place Onion and carrot in the cenre of             chapathi.
                  5.Then place the prepared Aloo masala in                  center.
                    6.Then apply green chutney in the top the                 masala. Now fold the roti bottom up.

              7.Then slowly fold the roti. and roll in to aluminum boil paper covering the frankie.
                8.Finely Veg Frankie or Katti roll is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
