Veg Frankie Roll
Ingredients
Aloo Masala
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Capsicum - Thinly sliced
- Potatos - 2 boiled( peeled and mashed)
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Red Chill powder - 1 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- salt - to taste
Green Chutney:(To Grind)
- Mint Leaves (Pudhina) - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Garlic - 2
- Cumin seed - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1/2
- Green chilly- 1 no
- salt - to taste
Cooking Method :
2.Prepare the dough as we do for and Keep aside for 20 mins. and prepare the roti slightly thick. Toast both sides carefully . Dont toasted it too much (burning stage) in tawa. prepare all roties and keep aside.

7.Then slowly fold the roti. and roll in to aluminum boil paper covering the frankie.
