Veg Fried Rice Ingredients Basmati rice- 1 cup (cooked). Oil - 3 to 4 tsp Garlic- 3 to 4 - finely chopped Carrot -1 , finely chopped Bush beans- 4 finely chopped Capsicum- 1/2 cup- finely chopped Spring onion- 1/4 cup- finely chopped Soy sauce- 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp salt to taste. Cooking Method : 1.F irst, heat oil in a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil.Then add garlic and saute for few seconds. 2.Then add finely chopped beans and carrot and saute it for 2 min in a high flame . 3.Then add capsicum and fry for a minute. 4. R epeatedly stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well. add some salt while cooking vegetables. 5.The vegetables should be almost cooked. then add the 1 tsp of soy sauce and vinegar.
