Veg Fried Rice

Veg Fried Rice Ingredients Basmati rice- 1 cup (cooked). Oil - 3 to 4 tsp Garlic- 3 to 4 - finely chopped Carrot -1 , finely chopped Bush beans- 4  finely chopped Capsicum- 1/2 cup- finely chopped Spring onion- 1/4 cup- finely chopped Soy sauce- 1/2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp salt to taste. Cooking Method : 1.F irst, heat oil in  a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil.Then add garlic and saute for few seconds. 2.Then add finely chopped beans and carrot  and saute it for 2 min in a high flame . 3.Then add capsicum and fry for a minute. 4. R epeatedly stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well. add some salt while cooking vegetables. 5.The vegetables should be almost cooked. then add the 1 tsp of soy sauce and vinegar. Panner Butter Masala Ingredients For Masala paste:  Unsalted butter - 1 tsp  Onion - 2 large size( roughly chopped)  Tomato- 2 large size( rougly chopped)  Green chilli - 1 no  Ginger  - 1 inch  Garlic  - 3 cloves   Cashews - 15 nos Other Ingredients Panner  - 2 cup ( chapped Cube size) Unsalted Butter - 2 tsp Bay Leaf - 1 Cloves - 3 nos Cinnamon stick -1 inch Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp  Kasuri methi - 1 tsp  Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup  Salt - to taste Cooking Method : Masala paste preparation : 1.First , in a large kadai , heat butter and saute green chilli, onions ,ginger , garlic and   tomatos,  saute till they turn mushy.   2.
